  • You can return any full price Item within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
  • Please note SALE items are non returnable
  • Please enclose your original invoice with your returned item.
  • We will refund the price you purchased your item at.
  • Please note that items must be returned within 14 working days in an unworn, unused, unmarked condition, with all original tags still attached.
  • Items returned outside of this time scale will be exchange only.
  • Bodysuits, Beauty items, Underwear, Swimwear & Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Please note we can not exchange unwanted items after 30 days from the order being placed.

Please be careful when trying on your items! Ensure all tags are intact and the item is in original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. Any unwanted items must be returned to Serenity-Fashion in a saleable condition.  Unfortunately any returns which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded.  The goods are your responsibility until they reach Serenity-Fashion.

We can’t issue a refund until we have received your item, so we recommend using a recorded delivery service that you can track.

  • If you choose to use a standard service which means your order cannot be tracked, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
  • Postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Serenity-Fashion do not currently offer prepaid returns labels.
  • Please allow the Serenity-Fashion team 14 working days to process your return & refund after it has reached our premises.
  • Please ensure that you check your PayPal account to make sure that your address is correct.  Serenity-Fashion are not responsible for packages getting sent to the wrong/old address.

Returning Faulted Items

Please note when returning faulted items to ourselves the maximum postage we will cover to return a faulted item to us is £4.45.  This is for a tracked/signed for service via Royal Mail which is what we use to send all our orders out.  We do not cover postage for items sent back via Special Delivery/Saturday Delivery etc.

PayPal Customers

Please note the email address and telephone number listed on our PayPal account are not in use.  Both have been set up purely for the use of PayPal and to receive our PayPal order receipts.  We do not monitor the emails being sent to this inbox please contact our sales email below for any queries: info@serenity-fashion.com
